We manufacture fire rated ductwork to a 2 hour stability & integrity to BS476 part 24.

Once manufactured all our ductwork undergoes our own internal quality checking prior to despatch to ensure that all ductwork is produced to the highest standard.

This in-house approach, we feel helps give us a greater control when undertaking projects ensuring that an immediate response and quick turn around times benefit towards the smooth running of the contract enabling us to achieve site programme responses.

Our workshop is fully equipped with the latest sheet metal forming machinery comprising of:

• MAP CAD/CAM computer linked to a 6 metre bed plasma profile cutting machine and 1.5 metre wide coil line.
• Spiral ductwork machine capable of producing between 100mm dia and 1200mm dia ducting.
• Circular bend forming machine.
• Lockformers, Press Brakes, Folders, and all other necessary equipment to capably produce rectangular ductwork and fittings all in accordance with DW144.
• Aluminium semi-rigid flexible duct machine.
